Sami follows an elusive pigeon through Palestine, convinced that it has returned to the place she comes from. But what is really behind this search for the missing bird?

Twelve-year-old Sami lives in a refugee camp in the West Bank. One day, his beloved pigeon flies off. With his uncle and niece, he embarks on a journey across Palestine, from Bethlehem to Haifa, looking for the bird. On the way, the journey unfolds, revealing family connections, forgotten memories, and a country scarred by conflict.

What starts as a simple quest evolves into a moving road movie about connection and the longing for freedom. Without grand gestures, the film paints a nuanced portrait of Palestinian reality, where humor and warmth create space for hope.
