During the Young Programmers Workshop, we give six film buffs the chance to learn the tricks of the trade. 

Over the course of two days you will learn how the whole film exhibition industry works. You will talk to programmers, exhibitors, film makers and distributors and you will learn about communication, the role of the media and the impact of a film or exhibition venue. At the same time you and the group will assemble your own film series which will be shown at the festival in April. 

After these two days we also provide several follow-up sessions.
